Why is it I always start with moaning about the weather yet again!

The Folgate lavender pictured here, is a bit ahead compared to last year I think and will be nearly in full bloom in time for our opening of the Lavender Field a week today on Saturday 8th June from 11am to 4pm. We will then be open most Fridays to Sunday 11am to 4 pm throughout June, July and August unless we are closed for the two weddings this summer or we are at other local events. I will keep this journal updated weekly with the lavenders’s flowering and our opening hours for that week and Google will also be updated so please check before you try to visit.

We will have refreshments, lavender plants, our gift shop, toilets and free parking as well as yoga classes which begin on the 11th which I will give more details about next week. In the meantime please pray for fine weather so we can get the Lavender Field looking its best ready for your visit.
